1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is published by Geodhara Private Limited, operating under the brand name “Geodhara Farm” (“we”, “us”, “our”); see our Terms & Conditions for our full legal entity details. Geodhara Farm delivers fresh buffalo and cow milk directly to your doorstep using our own farm and delivery staff - we do not use a third-party courier or logistics partner, and there is no tracking number or parcel-style shipment involved. This Policy explains where we deliver, when, at what cost, and what to expect around your delivery.
2. Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver across Khammam town and a number of nearby localities, and we are steadily adding new areas. Because our serviceable area is still growing, we do not publish a fixed list of pincodes on this website. Instead, we confirm on a case-by-case basis whether we can deliver to your specific address - please message us on WhatsApp with your address before (or immediately after) placing an order, and we will let you know.
Suggestion for the site owner: as your delivery area stabilises, consider maintaining an internal list of serviceable pincodes/localities for consistency between staff, even if you continue to confirm each address individually with customers.
3. Delivery Schedule & Time Slots
Milk is collected fresh each day and delivered daily during our operating hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Most deliveries are made in the early morning, in keeping with when our milk is collected, but you may let us know your preferred time slot and we will try our best to accommodate it, subject to our delivery route for your area.
4. Delivery Charges
There is currently no separate delivery charge within our confirmed serviceable area - the prices shown on our Subscribe page and product listings already include delivery to your door.
5. Order Confirmation & Serviceability Check
Placing an order and completing payment does not, by itself, guarantee that we can deliver to you. We ask every customer to confirm their delivery address with us over WhatsApp or phone before or immediately after paying, so that we can check serviceability. If, after checking, we are unable to deliver to your address, we will inform you and refund your payment in full, as described in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
6. Receiving Your Delivery
Because milk is perishable, please:
- be available, or arrange for someone at your address, to receive the delivery at the agreed time slot;
- let us know in advance if milk should be left with a security guard, neighbour, or in a specific safe spot when no one is available; and
- refrigerate the milk promptly after receiving it, and see our Terms & Conditions for storage and handling guidance.
Once milk has been delivered to your address or to a location you have authorised, responsibility for its safekeeping (including spoilage from being left unrefrigerated) passes to you.
7. Delays & Exceptions
On rare occasions, delivery may be delayed or affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, public holidays, local transport disruption, or other force majeure events described in our Terms & Conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers over WhatsApp as soon as possible.
8. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If we are unable to complete a delivery because no one was available and no alternative arrangement was given to us in advance, we will attempt to contact you and, where possible, redeliver at the next available slot. Repeated missed deliveries without prior notice may affect our ability to continue your subscription reliably, and we may get in touch to discuss adjusting your delivery time or address.
